IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their undersigned
counsel, subject to the approval of the Court, that Defendant’s time to respond to Plaintiff’s
Confidential Letter be extended to December 1, 2014. This extension is necessary because
Defendant needs additional time to consider the issues Plaintiff raised. Counsel for Defendant
asserts that this request is made in good faith. Defendant’s Counsel apologizes to the Court for
any inconvenience caused by this delay.
