On February 23, 2015, the parties filed a stipulation (Doc. 17) that the action be dismissed with

prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), which provides that “the plaintiff may
19
dismiss an action without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who
20
have appeared.” The parties’ stipulation satisfies the requirements of Rule 41. Accordingly, IT IS
21
HEREBY ORDERED:

The matter is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and

2.
The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this action.
