The Court is in receipt of the parties’ Stipulation Requesting a 30-Day Continuance

18 of the Scheduling Conference currently scheduled for September 30, 2014. Consistent
19 with the parties’ Stipulation and good cause appearing, the Court hereby continues the
20 Scheduling Conference to October 28, 2014 at 2:15 p.m. Deadlines triggered by the
21 Scheduling Conference (such as the deadline to submit the Rule 26(f) Scheduling
22 Conference Report and to exchange initial disclosures) shall be reset based on the new
23 Scheduling Conference date.
