BRAZELTON, et al. , 17 Defendants. 18 19 Action Filed: April 9, 2014 20 21 22 23 The parties, through their attorneys of record, stipulate to modify the Court’s protective order, ECF No. 97, as follows: The audio recording of Defendant’s interview (Exhibit 63) contains the first names of the 24 Defendant and other correctional staff. The Court has found that the first names and other 25 personal identifying information can be redacted, and should not be released to the Plaintiff. 26 However, the audio file cannot be redacted. Accordingly, the audio recording of Defendant’s 27 interview shall be released to Plaintiff’s counsel, but shall not be played for or otherwise shared 28 1 Stipulation and Order (1:14-cv-00503-MJS (PC)) 1 with the Plaintiff.
