Hewitt, that this action is dismissed in its 24 entirety with prejudice. 25 In consideration of the Stipulation entered by the above-named parties to the United 26 States District Court Eastern District of California action, Willard v. Moreno, Case 1:14-cv- 27 00521-LJO-JLT PC, this action is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil 28 Procedure 41(a)(1) with the parties mentioned herein to bear their own fees and costs. The stipulation relies upon Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, under which “the 12 plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all 13 parties who have appeared.” Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Because all parties who have appeared in the action signed the stipulation, it “automatically 14 15 terminate[d] the action.” Wilson v.
