Plaintiff Pacheco was granted a second immigrant visa interview at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad 20 21 Juarez, which he attended on September 12, 2014 but a decision on the immigrant visa with withheld 22 pending a request for additional documentation regarding a 2009 arrest that occurred in Rhode Island. 23 /// 24 /// 25 /// 26 27 28 /// /// 1 1 Since that time, Plaintiffs in this case have come to a decision that they no longer wish to pursue their 2 complaint and respectfully request that it be withdrawn pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal 3 Rules of Civil Procedure.
