Gregory Ell Shehee (APlaintiff@) is a civil detainee proceeding pro se in this civil rights
action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ' 1983.

On June 18, 2014, the undersigned issued findings and recommendations to dismiss this

action for Plaintiff’s failure to obey the court’s order of May 2, 2014, which required him to
22
complete and return a non-prisoner application to proceed in forma pauperis to the court, within
23
thirty days.

to afford the costs of this action. Therefore, the application to proceed in forma pauperis shall

be granted.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
