Counsel for the Defendant 23 United States was scheduled for a one week trial in another matter in the Eastern District of 24 California, Sacramento Division, before the Honorable Edmund F. Brennan. The trial commenced 25 October 20, 2014 and the jury returned a verdict on October 30, 2014. Counsel for the Defendant 26 was out of the Fresno office for three weeks, one week longer than anticipated. The parties agree that 27 this short continuance will not cause any prejudice to the parties as this action.
