Although Defendants 18 filed an answer on August 15, 2017, Defendants filed a motion to declare Plaintiff a vexatious litigant 19 in lieu of a merits-based dispositive motion, which was denied in full on June 21, 2019. Therefore, if 20 Defendants wish to file a dispositive motion on the merits, it shall be filed within twenty (20) days 21 from the date of service of this order, or the matter will be set for further proceedings. 22 23 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED.
