IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

counsel of record, that the time for serving Plaintiff’s LETTER BRIEF be extended for 30 days

from January 29, 2015, to February 28, 2015. This is Plaintiff’s first request for an extension to

20

file Plaintiff’s Opening Brief by stipulation of the parties, and second request overall. Plaintiff’s

21

counsel needs additional time to finalize research, draft and finalize plaintiff’s opening brief.
