FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
TO FILE OPENING BRIEF
(ECF No. 19)

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, to
extend the time 30 days to March 4, 2015, for Plaintiff to file her Opening Brief, in accordance
with the Court’s Scheduling Order. This is Plaintiff’s first request for an extension. The
extension is requested because Plaintiff’s counsel recently experienced prolonged health
problems that caused a backlog in her workload, which counsel is in the process of resolving.

Amended Stipulation and Order

ORDER
Based on the amended stipulation between the parties (ECF No. 19), the Court grants an
extension of time for Plaintiff to file her Opening Brief. Plaintiff shall file her Opening Brief on
or before March 4, 2015. Defendant shall file any opposition brief on or before April 3, 2015 and
Plaintiff may file any reply brief on or before April 20, 2015.
