Plaintiff Kenneth Henry (“Plaintiff”), a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma

17 pauperis, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on May 23, 2014. This action

18 for damages is proceeding against Defendants Jolley, Contreras, and Ortega (“Defendants”) for

19 violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
On August 10, 2015, Defendants Contreras and Jolley filed an answer to Plaintiff’s

20

21 complaint. Accordingly, application of the discovery and scheduling order filed on June 1, 2015,
22 is HEREBY EXTENDED to Defendants Contreras and Jolley.
