This action 1 18 for damages is proceeding against Defendants Jolley, Contreras, and Ortega (“Defendants”) for 19 violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution. On August 10, 2015, Defendants Contreras and Jolley filed an answer to Plaintiff’s 20 21 complaint.
