AMENDED ORDER GRANTING Stipulated Request for Extension of Time to Serve Confidential Letter Brief. The April 21, 2015, order 18 is AMENDED to reflect the following deadlines: Pursuant to the parties' stipulation, 17 Defendant' s confidential letter brief shall be served on Plaintiff by no later than May 14, 2015; Plaintiff shall file an opening brief by no later than June 18, 2015; Defendant shall file a responsive brief by no later than July 23, 2015; and Plaintiff may file an optional reply brief by no later than August 10, 2015. (Doc. 17.) The 22 Court issued an order approving the stipulation (Doc. 18), but the briefing schedule set forth in 23 the Court's order did not correctly reflect the modified scheduling deadlines.
