Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil
rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

On January 24, 2017, the parties met and conferred regarding Defendants’

22

responses to various discovery propounded by Plaintiff. The parties stipulated to an

23

extension of forty-five days from January 27, 2017 for Defendants to respond to all

24

discovery items propounded by Plaintiff on or before January 24, 2017. (ECF No. 70.)

The parties’ stipulation is accepted and adopted by the Court.

It therefore is HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants’ responses to Plaintiff’s
