IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

counsel of record, that the time for filing Respondent’s Responsive Brief be extended from April

22

24, 2015 to May 1, 2015. This is Defendant’s first request for an extension of time. Defendant

23

respectfully requests this additional time because of a calendaring error. Defendant can meet her

24

obligations with an additional one-week’s time. The parties further stipulate that the Court’s

25

Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly. Plaintiff’s reply brief will be due on or before

26

May 18, 2015.
