On January 5, 2017, Plaintiff Javier Solis filed a stipulated notice of voluntary dismissal

to dismiss this action with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).

(Doc. 39). In light of Plaintiff’s voluntary dismissal, this action is terminated by operation of
17
law without further order from the Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Each party is to bear its
18
own attorney’s fees and costs. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close this case.
