Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a habeas corpus action pursuant to 28

13 U.S.C. § 2254. On May 29, 2015, Petitioner filed a motion to expedite proceedings in the
14 pending petition for writ of habeas corpus. (ECF No. 38). On June 10, 2015, the Court issued a
15 findings and recommendation in this matter. (ECF No. 39). Therefore, Petitioner’s motion to
16 expedite is moot.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to expedite the

17

18 pending petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED AS MOOT.
