WHEREAS, Plaintiff, Ronald Moore (“Plaintiff”), and Defendant, Amandeep Singh

dba Stop N Save Gasoline aka Arco #82044 (“Defendant,” and together with Plaintiff, “the
21
Parties”), previously entered into a stipulation granting Defendant to and including September
22
22, 2014 to file a responsive pleading in this matter (Dkt. 6);

WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendant are engaged in settlement negotiations and are
hopeful that a settlement will be reached within the next month;
25
WHEREAS, Defendant is currently self-represented and desires to conserve attorney
26
fees attendant with hiring an attorney to prepare and file a responsive pleading such that those
27
resources can instead be applied towards settlement;

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff, by and through his attorney,
2
and Defendant, who is specially appearing on his own behalf for the sole purpose of obtaining
3
this stipulation, that Defendant may have to and including October 31, 2014 to file a responsive
4
pleading in this matter. This extension of time does not alter the date of any event or any
5
deadline already fixed by Court order.
