PLAINTIFF’S OPENING BRIEF

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by the parties, through their respective counsel of record,

that Defendant shall have a first extension of time of 30 days to respond to Plaintiff’s Opening

Brief. This extension is requested due to Defendant’s counsel’s exceptionally heavy workload at

22

this time, including work-related travel and preparation for an employment law hearing before

23

the Merit System Protection Board. The additional time requested is needed to adequately

24
research the issues Plaintiff has presented. The current due date is June 3, 2015. The new due

date will be July 3, 2015.
The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified
accordingly.
