Plaintiff is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in a civil
20
rights and tort action brought pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents, 403
21
U.S. 388 (1971) and the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-2680. The
22
action proceeds on a First Amendment claim against Defendant Ontiveroz.
23
On June 5, 2017, Defendant filed a motion to extend time to file a reply supporting
24
his motion for summary judgment and his opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for discovery.

(ECF No. 55.)

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
