Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 21 U.S. 388 (1971) and the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-2680. The 22 action proceeds on a First Amendment claim against Defendant Ontiveroz. 23 On June 5, 2017, Defendant filed a motion to extend time to file a reply supporting 24 his motion for summary judgment and his opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for discovery. 25 (ECF No. 55.) 26 GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 27 28 1 1 Defendant is granted an extension of time until June 26, 2017 to prepare and file 2 a reply in support of his motion for summary judgment and his opposition to Plaintiff’s 3 motion for discovery. 4 5 6 IT IS SO ORDERED.
