Pursuant to the stipulation, Plaintiff’s opening brief was due on May 19, 2015; 15 Defendant’s opposition brief was due on June 18, 2015; and Plaintiff’s reply was due July 6, 16 2015. (ECF No. 12.) Plaintiff filed her opening brief on May 20, 2015. (ECF No. 13.) 17 Although the stipulated date has passed, Defendant has not filed an opposition brief.
