On April 17, 2015, Plaintiff filed a stipulation to dismiss this action with prejudice as the

parties have reached a settlement. (ECF No. 10.) The parties in this action have all consented to the
19
jurisdiction of the magistrate judge. (ECF Nos. 4, 5.) Based upon the stipulation of the parties, this
20
action is dismissed with prejudice in its entirety. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees
21
incurred in this action.
