Moore filed herewith, and if 3 unable to serve Namroud within the next four weeks will bring a motion for an order 4 permitting service of Namroud by publication; 5 NOW, THEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests a continuance of the Mandatory 6 Scheduling Conference to a date on or after January 6, 2015 at the court’s convenience, in 7 order to allow Plaintiff to effect service on Namroud or bring a motion for an order permitting 8 service on Namroud by publication, to allow Namroud to appear in the action, and to allow the 9 parties to meet and confer in advance of the scheduling conference. 10 11 Dated: October 28, 2014 MOORE LAW FIRM, P.C. 12 /s/ Tanya E.
