CONNIE GIPSON, ORDER DENYING MOTION TO LIFT STAY AS MOOT Respondent. 18 (Docs. 23-24) 19 30-DAY DEADLINE 20 21 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a habeas corpus action 22 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ' 2254. On April 15, 2016, Petitioner filed a motion to extend time 23 to file a traverse. Good cause having been presented to the Court, IT IS HEREBY 24 ORDERED that Petitioner is granted thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order 25 in which to file a traverse. 26 Petitioner also filed a motion to lift the stay and proceed with review of his petition. 27 The Court vacated the stay on January 19, 2016, and on March 30, 2016, Respondent 28 filed an answer to the petition.
