IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their undersigned

attorneys, and with the approval of the Court, that the Commissioner of Social Security has

23

agreed to a voluntary remand of this case pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).

24

Upon remand, the ALJ shall reconsider the opinion of examining psychologist Dr. Phillip

25

Cushman and update the medical evidence of record. The ALJ shall also offer Plaintiff the

26

opportunity for a new administrative hearing, re-evaluate Plaintiff’s residual functional capacity,

27

obtain vocational testimony as necessary, and issue a new administrative decision.
