On March 27, 2015, the parties filed a stipulation that the action be dismissed with prejudice.

(Doc. 14.) Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), “the plaintiff may dismiss an action

without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.”

Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The parties’ stipulation satisfies the requirements of Rule 41.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

The matter is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and

The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this action.
