Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), “the plaintiff may dismiss an action 19 without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” 20 Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The parties’ stipulation satisfies the requirements of Rule 41. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 22 1. The matter is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and 23 2.
