Case No. 1:14-CV-01301-GSA
STIPULATION AND ORDER TO
EXTEND TIME
(ECF No. 13)
19
The parties hereby stipulate by counsel, with the Court’s approval as indicated by the
20
21
issuance of the attached Order, that Defendant shall have a FIRST extension of time of 30
22
days, from February 24, 2015 to March 26, 2015, to serve a response to Plaintiff’s letter
23
brief.
24
There is good cause for this extension as counsel for the Defendant needs additional time
25
to discuss the possibility of settlement with her client. Defendant apologizes to the Court for the
26
delay and hereby requests to extend the schedule in this matter. The parties further stipulate that
27
the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
