(Docs. 7; 8) In the order dismissing the petition, the Court expressly 19 refused to issue of a certificate of appealability. (Doc. 7) Despite this, on July 1, 2015, Petitioner filed 20 a motion for issuance of a certificate of appealability. (Doc. 14). Thus, the Court will DENY the 21 motion as MOOT. ORDER 22 23 24 For the foregoing reasons, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion for issuance of a certificate of appealability (Doc. 14), is DENIED as MOOT. 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
