On February 27, 2015, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement informing the Court 17 that this action has been settled in its entirety. (ECF No. 17.) 18 Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 19 1. All pending matters and dates are VACATED; 20 2.
