PAUL FIRE AND MARINE 21 INSURANCE COMPANY, TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY OF CONNECTICUT, and 22 TRAVELERS 23 “TRAVELERS”) 24 CORPORATION (collectively “CENTEX”), and good cause appearing therefore, PROPERTY and CASUALTY defendants COMPANY CENTEX HOMES OF and AMERICA.
