Plaintiff, Ronald Moore (“Plaintiff”), and Defendants, Millennium Acquisitions, LLC

together with Plaintiff, the “Parties”) hereby stipulate as follows:

The Court’s Scheduling Order sets the last date to complete expert discovery as

November 2, 2015 (Dkt. 13).

The Parties timely served expert witness disclosures on September 21, 2015.

Due to scheduling issues, the Parties have agreed to take Plaintiff’s experts’

depositions on November 4 and 5, 2015, which dates are after the expert discovery deadline,

6

subject to the Court’s permission.

The Parties have agreed that Defendants’ expert’s deposition may be taken on

November 6, 2015, subject to the Court’s permission.

The Parties therefore agree to extend the expert discovery deadline to

10

November 6, 2015. This extension will not affect any other dates or deadlines set by Court

11

order.
