Case No. 1:14-cv-01447-SAB
ORDER RE STIPULATION FOR
EXTENSION OF TIME
The parties hereby stipulate by counsel, with the Court’s approval as indicated by
22
issuance of the attached Order, that Defendant shall have a first extension of time of 30 days to
23
respond to Plaintiff’s Opening Brief up to and including June 19, 2015. The response is
24
currently due May 20, 2015. This extension is being sought because of workload issues,
25
including the unavoidable transfer of assignments and a high volume of other disability matters
26
in federal district court.
27
The parties also stipulate that the scheduling order shall be modified accordingly.
