(ECF No. 3). As Petitioner correctly states, the instant action 21 is pending before this Court. However, the Court does not have an expedited calendar. 22 Petitioner is advised that the Court acts to resolve all pending cases in the most efficient manner 23 possible. The Court is aware of Petitioner’s pending petition. Nevertheless, the Court’s docket 24 of pending cases is substantial, and the Court must act first on those matters that have been 25 pending the longest. 26 // 27 // 28 // 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to expedite the 2 pending petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. 3 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
