The parties in this case, by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate, and request

this Court to order, that the hearing on Corizon Defendants’ Motion to Strike (Doc. No. 27), the

3

Corizon Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 30), and the Kings County Defendants’ Motion

4

to Dismiss (Doc. No. 36) be rescheduled from Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. to

5

Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.

Good cause exists to reschedule the hearing date: on Monday, February 2, 2015, counsel for

7

Plaintiffs and counsel for the Corizon Defendants will begin M.H., et al. v. County of Alameda, et

8

al., No. C11-2868 JST (MEJ) (N.D. Cal.) a wrongful death trial involving sixteen defendants that is

9

estimated to last eight weeks (until about March 26, 2014).

10

The parties now stipulate and respectfully request that this Court modify the Minute Order

11

of January 5, 2014 (Doc. 33) to reschedule Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss (and Strike) (Docs. 27,

12

30, and 36) to be heard on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
