This matter came before the Honorable Magistrate Sheila K. Oberto on the United States’ ex

20 parte motion for default judgment, ECF No. 13. There was no appearance by or on behalf of any other
21 person or entity claimant an interest in the above-captioned defendant currency to oppose the United
22 States’ motion. The Magistrate Judge has recommended that the United States’ motion be granted. See
23 ECF No. 15. Based on the Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations and the files and records
24 of the Court, it is:
