A jury trial in this action is set for October 12, 2021. On August 31, 2021, the Court
18 issued a pretrial order directing the parties to file motions in limine and to meet and confer to
19 determine whether certain issues could be resolved without the need for adjudication by the
20 Court. (ECF No. 133.) On September 8, 2021, the parties filed a stipulated agreement resolving
21 certain issues raised by the parties’ respective motions in limine. (ECF No. 134.) Through this
22 order, the Court shall enter and approve the stipulation as to these undisputed evidentiary issues.

Accordingly, pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
