IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, to

25 extend the time 30 days to September 8, 2015, for Plaintiff to file her Opening Brief, in
26 accordance with the Court’s Scheduling Order. This is Plaintiff’s second and last request for an
27 extension. The extension is requested because Plaintiff’s counsel is experiencing a backlog in her
28 work load.
