The parties, through their respective counsel, stipulate that the time for filing
of Defendant’s Opposition to Plaintiff’s Opening Brief be extended thirty (30) days
from November 16, 2015 to December 16, 2015. Plaintiff’s Reply brief will be
accordingly extended to December 31, 2016. This is Defendant's first request for
an extension of time. Counsel for the Defendant needs additional time because he
erred in calendaring the due date for his Opposition brief. Counsel sincerely
