The Court, having reviewed the United States of America’s Motion For Entry Of Final Order On

Just Compensation And For Entry Of Final Judgment, and good cause appearing therefore, hereby finds

20

that:

The “subject property” is 13.03 acres in Tulare County, California, more particularly

22

described in Schedule “B” of the Declaration of Taking and Complaint filed on November 19, 2014.

23

(ECF No. 3.)

On November 19, 2014, the United States commenced this condemnation action by filing

25

its complaint and declaration of taking. (ECF Nos. 1, 3.) On November 20, 2014, it deposited

26

$1,656,000 as estimated just compensation for the taking into the Court’s registry. Clerk’s Receipt,

27

11/21/2014.

Upon the filing of the Declaration of Taking and the deposit of the $1,656,000 estimated

just compensation, the United States acquired title to the estates in the subject property by operation of

3

law pursuant to 40 U.S.C. § 3114.

The use for which the subject property is taken and condemned is one authorized by law,

and the subject property and its taking are necessary and suited to that use.

All parties interested directly or indirectly in the subject property have been served with

process, or have appeared in this action.

The property, and all claimants and parties interested therein, are within the jurisdiction

of this Court, which has the power and authority to enter this final judgment.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that:
