WHEREAS, a Mandatory Scheduling Conference in this action is currently set for May

WHEREAS, the Parties have reached a tentative settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in full,
and have circulated a settlement agreement for signature;

WHEREAS, Plaintiff provided his signature on the settlement agreement to counsel for

Defendants on May 4, 2015, but has not yet received Defendants’ signatures on the agreement

due to the large number of defendants in the case.

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to conserve judicial resources by continuing the
scheduling conference to allow time to finalize the settlement;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, by and through their respective counsel, stipulate to a

continuance of the Mandatory Scheduling Conference currently set for May 7, 2015 to a date at

3

the Court’s convenience on or after June 15, 2015, to allow time to finalize the settlement

agreement and file a dismissal of the action.
