The action is proceeding against defendant D. May. 19 On March 22, 2016, the parties filed a stipulation for voluntary dismissal of the action, with 20 prejudice. (Doc. No. 15.) Accordingly, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 21 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the action is dismissed with prejudice and the Clerk of the Court is directed to 22 close the case. 23 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED.
