Based on the parties’ stipulation (a fully executed version of which is located at ECF No.
32), this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Defendants’
pending motion to dismiss (ECF No. 16) is DENIED as moot.
