It is hereby stipulated by and between the United States of America and potential claimant

18 Christopher Cook (hereafter “claimant”), by and through their respective attorneys, as follows:
19

1.

On or about May 16, 2014, claimant filed a claim in the administrative forfeiture

20 proceeding with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) with respect to the
21 Miscellaneous property listed in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (hereafter “defendant
22 property”).

The ATF has sent the written notice of intent to forfeit required by 18 U.S.C. §

24 983(a)(1)(A) to all known interested parties. The time has expired for any person to file a claim to the
25 defendant property under 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(2)(A)-(E), and no person other than the claimant has filed a
26 claim to the defendant property as required by law in the administrative forfeiture proceeding.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(3)(A), the United States is required to file a complaint for

28 forfeiture against the defendant property and/or to obtain an indictment alleging that the defendant

1 property is subject to forfeiture within ninety days after a claim has been filed in the administrative
2 forfeiture proceedings, unless the court extends the deadline for good cause shown or by agreement of
3 the parties.

By Stipulation and Order filed on August 15, 2014, the parties stipulated to extend to

5 October 14, 2014, the time in which to file a Complaint for Forfeiture and/or to Obtain an Indictment
6 Alleging Forfeiture.

As provided in 18 U.S.C. § 983(a)(3)(A), the parties wish by agreement to extend to

8 November 13, 2014, the time in which the United States is required to file a civil complaint for
9 forfeiture against the defendant property and/or to obtain an indictment alleging that the defendant
10 property is subject to forfeiture.

Accordingly, the parties agree that the deadline by which the United States shall be

12 required to file a complaint for forfeiture against the defendant property and/or to obtain an indictment
13 alleging that the defendant property is subject to forfeiture shall be extended to November 13, 2014.
