Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus

18 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On January 9, 2015, Petitioner filed an application to proceed in
19 forma pauperis. Petitioner was granted in forma pauperis status by this Court on January 6,
20 2015. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner's application to proceed in forma
21 pauperis is DISREGARGED as moot.
