In this action, Defendants Westside Medical Group, Inc., and Donald Poladian,

23

having been regularly served with process and having agreed to settle the above

24

captioned matter for a total of $90,000, Judgment is hereby entered pursuant to the

25

stipulation of the Parties against Westside Medical Group, Inc., and Donald Poladian,

26

jointly and severally.

27

WHEREFORE BY VIRTUE OF LAW AND THE STIPULATION OF THE

28

PARTIES, it is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that Plaintiff Tomas Rios is

hereby awarded Judgment against Defendants Westside Medical Group, Inc., and

2

Donald Poladian, jointly and severally, as follows:

3

1. Damages in the amount of $90,000 (the “Judgment Amount”); and

4

2. Post-Judgment interest at the rate of 10% per annum, to accrue interest

5

beginning on February 10, 2015, and continuing thereafter until the

6

Judgment is paid in full.

7

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Judgment shall be augmented in the

8

amount of the costs and attorneys’ fees expended in obtaining and collecting said

9

Judgment by execution, as shall be established by Affidavit.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
