The parties hereby stipulate to a truncated timetable for the briefing of this case. Counsel

sent the Defendant the confidential letter brief on September 6, 2015, but due to a typo in the

18

email address1, opposing counsel never received it. Defendant has now received this document

19

and will serve a response on or before January 22, 2016. Should the Commissioner choose to

20

defend the case, Plaintiff’s Opening Brief will be due on January 29, 2016. All other dates will

21

follow the normal briefing schedule.
