Access to Justice Act Fees, Costs, and Expenses (ECF No. 29), IT IS ORDERED

that fees and expenses in the amount of $4,706.38, as authorized by 28 U.S.C. §

2412, be awarded subject to the terms of the Stipulation. In light of the filing of the
19
stipulation, Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorney Fees (ECF No. 27), is DENIED as
20
moot.
