IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, to

extend Defendant’s time to serve Plaintiff with the certified administrative record and file a copy

22

of the certified administrative record with the Court by 30 days to August 21, 2015, and that all

23

other scheduling dates set forth in the Court’s Case Management Order shall be extended

24

accordingly. This is Defendant’s first request for an extension of time in this matter. There is

25

good cause for this extension because the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability

26

Adjudication and Review is presently unable to prepare a complete certified administrative

27

record for this case.
