The parties, through their respective counsel, stipulate that the time for
Defendant to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint be extended to August 24, 2015.
This is Defendant’s second request for an extension of time to respond to
Plaintiff’s Complaint. The parties request additional time for Plaintiff to gather
additional evidence to allow for further discussion in an attempt to resolve the
matter informally. Plaintiff’s counsel does not oppose the additional time, and

agrees that all subsequent deadlines should be extended accordingly, including the
