workload, including an upcoming Ninth Circuit brief, and because of time missed from the office

because of a recent illness.

Based on the stipulation of the parties, and for cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

that Defendant shall have a third extension of time of 14 days, or until August 31, 2016, in which

to file an Opposition to Plaintiff’s Opening Brief; and that all other deadlines set forth in the

April 9, 2015 Case Management Order shall be extended accordingly. No further extensions of
21
time shall be granted absent a showing of good cause.
